A warm spirit of giving filled the workplace as SB SUNBO held its 31st Blood Donation Day on August 27 at its headquarters, Dadae Plant 2, and Gupyeong Plant.
Employees came together to take part in this meaningful, life-saving initiative.
The blood donation drive ran from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., visiting each participating site in turn. Beginning at the headquarters, in front of the entrance to Dadae Plant 1,
the drive continued to Gupyeong Plant and the entrance to Dadae Plant 2. Despite the summer heat,
employees steadily made their way to the blood donation buses, rolling up their sleeves to help colleagues and neighbors in need.
Blood cannot be artificially produced and has no substitute, making blood donation a life-saving gift that only people can provide. Through voluntary participation year after year,
SB SUNBO employees have sustained this tradition across 31 events, turning it into an enduring commitment rather than a one-time initiative.
The blood and donation certificates collected during the event will be used to support patients battling illnesses and medical institutions facing blood shortages.
SB SUNBO will continue its Blood Donation Day tradition, fulfilling its corporate social responsibility through compassion for the community and respect for human life.
