  냉정한 분석과 반성으로 초심 찾아, 희망의 ‘LET’S GO 2025’ 열자! 7월 1일 선보공업 본사 및 각 공장에서 창립 35주년 기념행사가 열렸다. 10시 50분 시작된 이 날 기념행사는 본사 과장급 이상 임직원과 공장의 팀장 이상 임직원, 협력사 소장이 참석하여 자리를 빛냈다. 국민의례에 이어 사가 제창을 함께한 참석자들은 ‘선보인의 윤리강령’ 제창 후 유관기관상, 감사나눔상, 협력사 우수사원상, 우수사원상, 모범사원상, 공로상 순으로 진행된 시상식을 지켜보았다. 유관기관장상을 받은 16명을 포함하여 총 81명의 임직원이 수상의 영광을 안았으며 총 16,840,000원의 상금이 지급되었다. 기념식은 선보인의 10계명 제창과 기념 케이크 커팅에 이은 슬로건 제창 후 마무리되었으며, 최금식 회장을 비롯한 참석자들은 단체 사진을 남기며 뜻깊은 35주년을 축하하였다.  최금식 회장은 “지난 35년의 역사는 끊임없이 ‘무에서 유를 창조해 온 도전의 기록’이었다. 오늘의 선보가 있기까지 수많은 위기와 고비 속에서도 한마음 한뜻으로 선보의 어제와 오늘을 함께 해주신 임직원 및 협력사 여러분의 열정과 회사 사랑에 다시 한 번 깊은 감사를 드린다”는 말로 35주년 기념사를 시작하였으며, 희망의 LET’S GO 2025를 위해 임직원에게 당부의 말을 전했다.   선보가족 여러분! 오늘 뜻깊은 창립 35주년을 맞이하여 우리가 처한 현실을 냉정히 돌아보고, 창업 초심으로 새롭게 열어갈 희망의 LET ’S GO 2025를 위해 임직원 여러분께 다음과 같은 당부의 말씀을 드리고자 합니다.  첫째, 즉시 실행과 현장에서 답을 찾읍시다! 현재 우리는 “명품모듈 신격차 / FGSS 성장가속 / 신 성장동력 / 가치공유 지속가능경영”이라는 4대 전략목표를 달성하기 위하여 SB2025 추진팀을 신설하여 세부 실행과제들을 도출하고 있습니다. 지나간 과오에 대한 얘기는 여기서 끝내고 향후 계획에 대해서는 현장에서 답을 찾아 무조건 실행해 나갑시다. 작은 계획이더라도 실행하여 성공사례들을 하나둘씩 쌓아가고 계속 도전해 나갈 수 있는 원동력으로 만들어 나갑시다.  둘째 가스산업의 선두그룹이 선보의 미래입니다. 연구소는 선보의 미래 성장동력으로서 역량 강화를 위해 연구인력 보강과 인프라 확충으로 기술 개발 및 능력을 향상하여 가스산업의 선두주자가 되어야 합니다.  셋째 소통과 협력을 실천합시다! 부서 간·공장 간 정보를 상시 교류하고, 직무 노하우 등 보유지식과 기술이 내부 직원 간 전승·공유될 수 있도록 소통과 협력의 조직문화를 만들어 나갑시다.  넷째 원칙을 준수하는 안전문화를 확립해 나갑시다! 안전은 선보의 신뢰성 및 경쟁력과 직결된다는 인식을 선보인 모두가 가슴에 새기고, 안전기준을 재정립하여 안전에 관해서는 결코 타협하지 않는다는 자세를 대내외적으로 보여줍시다.  다섯째 직무전문성 강화 및 자기개발입니다! 적자생존의 경영환경 속에서는 자신의 직무에 대하여 최고의 전문가가 되어야 하며, 끊임없는 자기개발을 통해 경쟁력을 스스로 키워 나가야 합니다. 회사에서도 임직원들의 글로벌 역량 및 자기개발 강화를 위해 제도적으로 뒷받침할 계획입니다.  여섯째 ‘내 탓이오!’라는 마음가짐입니다! 업무 중 발생하는 과실, 과오에 대해 책임을 동료에게 전가하지 말고 ‘내 탓이오’라는 마음으로 책임감으로 업무에 임해 주시기를 당부드립니다.  일곱째 ‘고객이 영업을 창출한다’입니다! 품질, 가격, 납기 등 고객의 신뢰 및 만족 극대화는 결국 그 고객이 우리 회사를 다른 고객에게 홍보해주는 효과를 불러오고, 고객 스스로가 다시 우리 회사를 찾아오게 만들 것입니다.   선보가족 여러분! 올해로 선보의 경영을 이끈 지 35년이 됩니다. 지난 시간 동안 무수한 고비들이 있었지만 그러한 힘든 시기는 언제나 위기를 딛고 한 단계 도약할 수 있는 자신감과 실력을 배양하는 계기가 되어왔습니다. 위기 속에서 더 큰 도약을 꿈꾸며 실력을 갈고닦는다면 위기가 곧 기회임을 알 수 있습니다. 오늘 우리의 현주소를 냉정하게 반성해 보고 새로운 각오를 다져서 미래를 향해서 힘차게 나아갑시다. 2021년은 친환경 기술의 미래가치를 창출하며 새로운 5년의 도약을 준비하는 한 해가 될 수 있도록 각자의 자리에서 최선을 다합시다.
