All departments must annually set achievable quality goals to accomplish the departmental quality policy and realize responsible management with CEO approval..
All employees must understand the quality policy and detailed quality goals for achieving the quality policy, and continuously improve and develop their work according to the quality management system.
The CEO must ensure that the quality policy and achievement results of quality goals established by each department are reviewed annually during management reviews.
Final responsibility and authority for activities specified in the quality management manual and other quality matters rest with the CEO.
