In July 2025, Sunbo Industries, Sunbo Unitech, Sunbo Hitech, and Sunbo Peace merged into a single entity and launched under the new name ‘SB SUNBO Co., Ltd.’
This marked a new starting point for our leap from a specialized marine equipment EPC company to a global energy solution leader.
