From August 3 to 10, SUNBO Family conducted safety and health training sessions for supervisors across its affiliates.

 

On August 9 and 10, SUNBO INDUSTRIES and SUNBO UNITECH’s Gupyung Plant, along with Seonbo Peace, held a two-day training program at the Dadae Plant 1 training center. The session was attended by 50 supervisors from both in-house and partner companies, along with three on-site safety managers. Before the training, Jeong-seok Kim from the General Affairs Team introduced SeonboFamily and its welfare programs for partner companies, while Kyung-ho Choi, Executive Director of Business Planning, presented the company’s LET’S GO 2025 vision. Vice Chairman Park Du-seon and Executive Director Lim Young-sam (HSE) stressed the vital role and responsibilities of supervisors.

The first day’s agenda included topics such as supervisor duties, the roadmap for reducing serious accidents, understanding risk assessment, and preventing cardiovascular diseases. On the second day, HSE Team’s Gwang-jun Sung from Seonbo Unitech covered measures for preventing musculoskeletal disorders, spine health management, understanding MBTI in workplace dynamics, and safety education focused on Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

 

On August 3 and 10, SUNBO UNITECH’s Daebul Plant and SUNBO HIGHTECH conducted training for 26 supervisors from both in-house and partner companies. The sessions covered topics such as the Industrial Safety and Health Act, safety and health policy directions, compliance with the Serious Accident Punishment Act, occupational disease management and prevention, and understanding risk assessments.

Participants concluded the training by committing to continuous efforts in preventing workplace accidents and promoting the health and well-being of the employees under their supervision.​
