SUNBO Industries has been honored with the distinction of being selected as a 2024 Youth-Friendly Company, an initiative led by the city of Busan to recognize companies that attract and meet the expectations of young workers.
The Youth-Friendly Companies are chosen through a three-stage evaluation process that considers salary levels, job stability, growth potential, work-life balance, and employee benefits. Seonbo Industrial earned high marks for its robust welfare system, including medical expense support, infertility treatment coverage, childbirth bonuses, condolence and encouragement payments, and well-equipped in-house rest facilities.
The 2024 Youth-Friendly Company Launch Ceremony was held on July 26 at the Busan Port International Exhibition & Convention Center. The event included updates on program implementation, details on support benefits, an award ceremony for the official selection, and a special lecture on understanding MZ generation culture and enhancing local recruitment capabilities.
Companies selected for the program benefit from dedicated Youth-Friendly Managers who facilitate company-youth matchmaking, marketing campaigns targeting local youth, customized consulting for growth and competitiveness, and exposure through the online youth employment platform Youth Busan Jobs, where their company information is made publicly accessible.
