Participants were scored based on changes in four key areas: body fat reduction rate, muscle mass increase rate, weight loss, and basal metabolic rate improvement. Both participants and the company contributed a set amount of funds monthly, with final scores determining the top winners (1st to 3rd place) and high scorers (those earning 60 points or more), who received tiered cash rewards. Those who failed to meet their goals donated their accumulated funds entirely to charity.
Additionally, the event featured basic metabolic syndrome checkups and educational sessions on atopic dermatitis and asthma prevention, conducted by the Health Dream Center of Saha-gu Public Health Center.
