On November 8, the ETRI-Joongang Paint Collaboration Meeting, hosted and organized by Lighthouse Combine Invest, was held at the Joongang Paint Eumseong Plant. The event aimed to explore potential technologies for collaboration between the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) and Joongang Paint while discussing detailed plans for future exchanges through the sharing of corporate information.
ETRI executives and researchers presented cases of companies utilizing ETRI’s research achievements, highlighting key technologies. This was followed by one-on-one collaboration meetings between the technical leads of ETRI and Joongang Paint.
The second technology exchange meeting was held on December 12 at ETRI’s main campus in Daejeon. Participating companies plan to evaluate the potential for new product development, cost improvements, and mass production using ETRI’s technologies. The meeting also included a cost-competitiveness and commercialization feasibility assessment of technologies owned by Hozenable Co., one of the companies leveraging ETRI’s research outcomes.
