Key Directions for 2025:
1. Focusing on Project Completion
Leaders and members of the "Sunshine 2027" project must clearly recognize their responsibilities and roles. We must pool all our efforts to achieve:
- KRW 200 billion in the shipbuilding sector
- KRW 200 billion in the LNG/OCCS sector
- KRW 100 billion in the hydrogen/CCUS eco-friendly sector
- A 10% operating profit margin by 2026
2. Strengthening Preparation and Communication
Anticipating and addressing potential problems is key to success. When an issue arises, it should be reported immediately. By observing firsthand at the workplace and harnessing our collective wisdom, we can swiftly find solutions.
