Our company's HRD team organized a special class which was delivered from 7:20 a.m to 8:30 a.m for about 1 hour on August 10, and its main theme was how to manage stress that is designed especially for our Sunbo Industry Co.,LTD's employees.
The main professor of Sutopia HR consulting Co. lectured about the necessity of laugh and praise within an organization in order to release stress, the importance of communication between employees, and so on. Even if this class was progressed early in the morning, the proffessor entertained the 50 trainees with pleasure and useful information so that they could learn how to make themselves happy within an organization.
