Our company, Sunbo Unitec Co., Ltd. implemented Aluminum Welding Test on Sep 6 in order to achieve WPS for Aluminum Welding which is needed for HWANHWA project of manufacturing Cold Box. The test was completed by 4 welders(Master Jaeyong Park, Staff Namseok Kim, Pontu and Prayuth), BV Inspector (Jongtak Lee) and Sunbo QM(Head of QM department Minjae Jeon and assistant manager Dongwook Choi).
Our company supported them to get Aluminum Welding Training held at Kobe Steel Co.,Ltd's Takasako factory from Aug 20 to Aug 26. And they conitued practign Aluminum Welding by preparing GTAW and GMAW welding machines by themselves and proceeded for PQT(Production Qualification Test) on Sep 6. One of the members who participated in the training and the test, Head of QM department Minjae Jeon expressed his feeling, " It was really good chance for me to learn that high quality of their welding and delivery has been made by their continous efforts to address diverse falses to recover with a clear step from material management task to After Service throughout Welding Management task.
