Sunbo Industries Co., Ltd. implemented ISO 9001/14001 training on 4 March and 11 March this year. This training had been organized by Busan Human Resources Development Institute and CEO Kang Pansik lectured ISO 9001/14001;2015 Standard Revision. He has been a judge of Quality,Environment and Safty system for many comanies and is also an adjunct professor at Dong-A University in Busan.
This training was aimed at making each member of TFT who will function to adjust current Sunbo's core documents and regulations understand and apply ISO to our company's.
The 24 members took the both course on 4 March and 11 March and this course was evaluated on 4.1 out of 5.
The main theme of this course titled as ISO 9001/14001:2015 Standard Revision was composed of an overall undertaning of the standard revision, a process of documented information, Quality and Enviornment System and an outcome of processing Quality and Envionment.
The time frame of this course was designed from 8:00 am to 17:00 am and the main concept of the two couses was different since the first lecture was mainly delivered to the employees in one way in order to explain ISO standard revision but the second one was designed to give a chance for the employees to participate in finding a problem of their current ISO regulation and find the better way to adjust them in person. The instructor also devoted to his efforts to make them understand the new revisoin and apply them to Sunbo's ISO regulations.
After finishing the two courses the employees discussed their difficulties of applying the new contents to their documents to adjust everything themselves. This made them to plan a regular TFT meeting and study about the new ISO regulations in order to fucntion as an internal inspector not just holding this specialized knowledge themselves.
