Sunbo Unitech and Sunbo Hightech hold 'Sunshine 2027 Sharing Meeting'

On March 17th, a "Sunshine 2027 Sharing Meeting" was held at Sunbo Hightech to strengthen on-site communication with team members.
During the sharing meeting for the Honam Business Division, a pre-meeting with key executives was held to actively incorporate the opinions of the field and ideas from the employees. They discussed practical solutions and improvements to help the Honam Business Division better implement the Sunshine Project.
The meeting began with Director Lee Se-young of Sunbo Angel Partners sharing the results of the company-wide “Interview 100” project conducted last year, as well as the voices of Honam Business Division members gathered on-site that day. Following that, CEO Oh Jong-hoon of Sunbo Angel Partners emphasized, "The Honam Business Division plays a crucial role in the new business areas of Sunbo Industry," and added, "We expect the division to lead the Sunshine Project successfully, especially in the environmentally-friendly sectors such as carbon capture." Director Sung Kyung-hyun of Lighthouse Combine Invest presented a more detailed implementation system and management methods of the Sunshine Project from the practical perspective of field workers. Then, CEO Ko Deok-su of Carbon Value explained the competitiveness and market potential of the carbon capture device jointly developed with Sunbo Industry, highlighting that "the manufacturing capabilities on-site played a crucial role in Carbon Value’s rapid growth."
Kim Sang-do, CEO of Sunbo Hightech, who attended the meeting, emphasized, "The key to the success of the project lies in the genuine empathy and active participation of all members," and urged, "Let’s join forces to ensure that the Honam Business Division leads the Sunshine 2027 project with the strength and ideas from the field."
Moving forward, the Sunshine 2027 Project Team plans to hold regular Sunshine Sharing Meetings and discussions at the Honam Business Division once every quarter. Additionally, monthly field team leader meetings will be conducted to continuously incorporate feedback and ideas from the members.
