Sunbo is conducting mentoring for new employees with less than a year of service.

The mentoring program pairs new employees with mentors (one from a relevant department and one from a different department) starting on their first day of work. Previously, the company identified employees who joined within a certain period and held group mentoring ceremonies to kick off activities. However, from now on, the program will be implemented on an ongoing basis.

The mentoring groups for this session are as follows: ▲ Group 1: Mentee Hwang Won-woo (Field Equipment Design Team), Mentors Kim Si-yoon (Senior, Field Equipment Design Team) and Yang Seung-hyun (Senior, Materials Procurement Team) ▲ Group 2: Mentee Park Hyung-jun (Process Design Team), Mentors Kwon Young-min (Senior, Process Design Team) and Yoon Dong-hyun (Senior, Plant Sales Team) ▲ Group 3: Mentee Park Da-yeon (Technology Research Team 1), Mentors Jeong Young-hoon (Senior, Technology Research Team 1) and Lee Myung-ho (Senior, Finance and HR Team)

These groups will carry out their activities for three months. Each group will receive a stipend of 100,000 KRW for activity-related costs such as tea time and lunch.

Mentors will guide their mentees through the company’s overview, workplace etiquette, and rules based on the new employee guidebook. Additionally, mentors will support mentees in adapting to both the company and their job responsibilities, encouraging camaraderie among colleagues and informal activities. Through this mentoring program, it is expected that mentors will strengthen their bond with mentees and achieve synergies, while mentees will improve their skills, discover their potential, and develop interest in their work life.
