The blood donation event for the first half of 2022 was held on June 16 for SUNBO industries Co.,Ltd. and SUNBO Unitech Co.,Ltd. personnel. A total of 25 people (20 people from SUNBO industries Co.,Ltd. and 5 from SUNBO Unitech Co.,Ltd.) participated in the blood donation event, which was divided into Dadae Plant 1, Dadae Plant 2, and Gupyeong Plant. Cho Myoung-hee, a senior member of the electric field design team who participated in the blood donation for the first time, said, "I participated in the blood donation because I thought it would be difficult to receive blood donations in the aftermath of COVID-19. In the future, I hope that I will donate blood regularly when I am healthy to help those in need," he said.
Since 2009, our company has held blood donation events twice a year in the first and second half of the year. SUNBO, an exemplary blood donation event for the local community, received a plaque of appreciation from the Korean Red Cross to mark the 10th anniversary of the event's start (June 14). I would like to express my gratitude to the person who actively participated in the event by exercising the spirit of sharing even during busy work, and I hope that our company's blood donation event will serve as the foundation for the social contribution activities of companies in Busan.
