Introducing FGSS products to shipping companies in Greece and Europe
SUNBO industries Co.,Ltd. participated in the "Posidonia 2022" shipbuilding and maritime fair held in Athens, Greece, from June 6 to 10. Posidonia, which marks its 27th anniversary this year, is considered one of the world's top three shipbuilding and marine fairs along with Norway's Nor-shipping and Germany's International Shipbuilding and Marine Equipment Fair (SMN).
The fair, which revitalized the shipbuilding and marine industrial market, which had been stagnant due to the influence of Corona, was attended by numerous related industry workers. Our company exhibited an eco-friendly LNG fuel supply system (FGSS).
Shipbuilders such as MARAN, TSAKOS, and EURONAV, as well as Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering, K Shipbuilding, and overseas remodeling/repair shipyards and equipment companies, visited the launch booth to show interest.
Yeom Cheon-hwan, managing director of the FGSS EM team, said, "I got information on IMO decarbonization strategies and plans in the shipping industry, and this was a good opportunity to introduce and promote our FGSS products to shipping companies in Greece and Europe."
Meanwhile, the Posidonia Fair, which is held every two years, will hold various forums such as marine policies, meetings on important issues in the international shipping community, and international conferences on maritime tourism. The 2020 Posidonia Fair was canceled in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, and more than 2,000 companies from more than 100 countries participated in the fair, which was held in four years.
