Sunbo Industries Co.,Ltd. and Sunbo Unitech Co.,Ltd. gave morning special lectures on "LET'S GO 2025" at each factory's training center on January 18 and February 1.
The morning special lecture, which was held under the theme of "LET'S GO 2025 Mid- to Long-Term Vision" for an hour from 8 a.m., was aimed at all executives and employees below the appointment of each factory and those above responsibility.
Choi Kyung-ho, executive director in charge of education, introduced the history of the management innovation roadmap that Sunbo has built according to the domestic industry environment and risks, and pointed out the strategic direction and implementation tasks of Vision 2025. Vision 2025 divides the detailed goals of the eight company-wide strategies into short-term (21′), medium-term (23′), and long-term (25′), and the main content is to integrate the goals of the entire organization and reorganize the organizational functions for sustainable management.
