On December 15, the Sunbo held a briefing session on its 2023 business plan at the Busan Shipbuilding Equipment Industry Cooperative of the Mieum Industrial Complex.

 

The briefing session was held for about eight hours from 10 a.m., starting with the introduction of Saga and the opening speech (Chairman Choi Geum-sik), with 95 executives and employees of each of the four corporations (Sunbo Industries Co.,Ltd., Sunbo Unitech Co.,Ltd., Sunbo Hitech Co.,Ltd., and Sunbo Piece Co.,Ltd.).

 

The first schedule to share the sectoral strategy of the new year's introduction was the announcement of the "LET'S GO 2025" strategy to create the value of eco-friendly technology of the introduction. In this announcement, ▲ new luxury module gap ▲ accelerated growth of eco-friendly LNG fuel supply unit FGSS (Fuel Gas Supply System) ▲ analyzed the current status of value-sharing sustainable management and presented future countermeasures. Following the announcement of cost reduction plans, factory-specific tasks, and HSE team's environmental and safety and health strategies, the morning schedule was completed with the prediction of sales trends (Joseon market conditions).

 

As a detailed promotion strategy of LET'S GO 2025, quantitative (sales) and qualitative goals classified in three stages by 2025 were presented. Detailed goals were to secure orders, find new customers, and concentrate on eco-friendly energy business capabilities by upgrading FGSS design technology and improving quality. It drew attention that FGSS analyzed annual orders for each project and presented a detailed picture to strengthen the role of each department.

 

After lunch, the company continued to report on business plans in the production, design, and quality sectors, followed by material procurement, management support, management planning, computerization, and commissioning sectors. The test drive newly included in the business plan report is an essential element of the technology demonstration stage that increases the completeness of shipbuilding equipment and is expected to play a major role in expanding the eco-friendly fuel supply business.
