Sunbo held a company-wide business performance report for the first quarter of 2023 at its headquarters' training center on April 21.

 

The business performance report was conducted for about seven hours from 10 a.m. with 56 executives and employees from four corporations or more attending.

 

As a morning schedule, there was a report on the progress of detailed implementation tasks of the four strategic goals of "LET'S GO 2025." Subsequently, the sector was reported in the order of cost reduction, sales, plant sales, production, design, HSE, quality, material procurement, management support, management planning, computerization, and commissioning. Kim Sang-do , CEO of Sunbo Industries Co., Ltd., told Gangpyeong that ▲ all executives and employees should wear safety  gear thoroughly when visiting the production site ▲ plan and process surplus installation materials at a factory level ▲ mark the achievement rate (100%) in detail when preparing performance data. Managing director Choi Kyung-ho also urged to increase accuracy and effectiveness by using raw ERP data when reporting performance data.
