SUNBO Family held a group mentoring ceremony on February 23 and announced the start of full-scale activities.

SUNBO Group Mentoring is a program in which experienced and knowledgeable mentors (senior executives and employees) provide a variety of support to mentees (employees) to improve their skills and discover their potential.
There are three mentor groups formed this time (SUNBO Industries 2, SUNBO Unitech) Daebul Factory 1, total of 22 people), the activity period is 3 months from March. An activity fee of 150,000 won per person is provided, and mentors educate mentees on company culture, management vision, workplace etiquette, and basic rules. In addition, free activities are guaranteed according to individual preferences, such as accompanying cultural experiences, meals, meetings, and hobbies. All group members must participate at least twice a month and submit interim and final reports containing relevant information.
