SB Sunbo Co., Ltd. held a new employee kick-off meeting on November 12 at the rooftop main training hall of its headquarters.
The meeting, which lasted for one hour from 2:00 p.m., was organized to introduce the mentoring program for new employees and to facilitate mentor–mentee matching.
While the previous mentoring program was conducted only for employees at the staff level, the new program will also include senior staff and manager-level employees.
In addition, the program, which was previously centered at the headquarters, will now be expanded to all plants.
Through the mentoring program, which will run until January 2026, the company hopes that new employees will grow and develop further as members of the Sunbo Family.
