On March 26, the Sunbo Junior Board and Sunbo Volunteers held an executive meeting, "JjinTalk Day," at the protocol room of the Sunbo Industrial headquarters.

JjinTalk Day, organized by the Sunbo Volunteers and Junior Board, serves as a platform for communication between different levels of employees, where staff and senior employees meet with executives to present suggestions and improvement plans regarding company operations and organizational culture.

The event was attended by three executives and ten employees, who discussed topics such as ▲work environment and systems, ▲organizational culture, ▲welfare and facilities, and ▲company events. The executives present included Vice Chairman Park Doo-seon, Vice President of Management Support Seo Jae-wook, and Executive Director of Management Planning/Quality Management Choi Kyung-ho. Employees who had previously gathered feedback shared suggestions from the Sunbo Family, including Kim Jeong-seok, Kwon Sang-woong, Kim Su-hwan, Baek Jin-ho, Lee Myung-ho, Jang Bong-su, Kang Ji-hye, Ko Na-won, Park Young-jun, and Lee Su-ji.

The Sunbo Volunteers and Junior Board conducted a pre-survey to collect concerns, improvement plans, and ideas from the Sunbo Family regarding both work-related and personal matters. A total of 57 people participated in the survey, with respondents representing various ranks: three executives, 14 managers, 26 senior employees, and 14 staff members.

Based on the survey results, the Sunbo Volunteers and Junior Board presented suggestions during the meeting, including ▲improvements to interdepartmental overtime and on-call systems, ▲extending summer vacation and changing perceptions on annual leave usage, ▲expanding commuting bus routes and schedules, and other work environment improvements. They also suggested ▲expanding horizontal communication, ▲enhancing scheduling transparency, ▲improving fairness in performance evaluations, along with welfare-related suggestions such as ▲upgrading outdated infrastructure, ▲increasing support for cultural activities, and ▲raising funding for employee clubs. In addition, various other topics were raised, including adjusting internal event schedules, creating a new CS department for EPC product support, regularizing company dinners with cost support, and defining roles and responsibilities (R&R) between departments. The executives listened attentively to each suggestion and provided detailed feedback, including their plans and the possibility of implementation.

Through JjinTalk Day, employees were able to broaden their mutual understanding and explore various ways to improve the work environment and establish a better organizational culture.

Meanwhile, the Junior Board and Sunbo Volunteers, which were launched in February with new members, have been planning and hosting various events to strengthen camaraderie among employees and promote a family-friendly corporate culture.
