On March 12th and 18th, Sunbo Industrial and Sunbo Unitech held morning lectures at the training centers of each corporation.

 

The theme of the lecture was "Enhancing Intergenerational Collaboration and Organizational Communication Skills." The lecture included engaging content such as the "Balance Game," which received positive feedback. During the session, strategies for improving collaboration skills were presented, including "making mid-term progress checks a habit" and "clarifying instructions regarding deadlines and deliverables."​
