The organizational culture team hosted a Team Leader Communication Workshop to quickly improve difficulties between departments and establish an active communication culture.

 

Twenty-nine team leaders from Sunbo Industries Co., Ltd. and Sunbo Unitech Co., Ltd. participated in the one-day workshop held at the headquarters' training center from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 28. The team leaders first proposed issues that are expected to improve their work through system (procedure) changes in each department, and then discussed them as major agendas. The main purpose was to find and resolve issues that need structural improvement on their own, except for minor issues that can be resolved through normal business contact.

 

Earlier, the organizational culture team collected agenda items from related departments by June 22nd, organized the answers by the 26th, and comprehensively shared them by the 27th, the day before the workshop on-site discussion. After the workshop, the team leaders had networking time for each department at a separate dinner.
