The SUNBO Family Closing Ceremony 2023 was held at the headquarters training center at 11 am on December 29th.

 

On this day , the event was held by SUNBO Industries and SUNBO Unitech with 94 people in attendance, including Gupyeong Factory executives and team leaders, production employees, and award winners, the ceremony was held in the following order: ▲National Rites ▲Singing of the National Anthem ▲Reading of the Code of Ethics of the President of the Republic of Korea ▲Award Ceremony ▲New Year’s address ( Chairman Keum-Sik Choi) ▲ Reading of the President’s Resolution ▲Time Capsule Opening Ceremony . In addition, each factory's closing ceremony was held independently under the supervision of the CEO and factory manager . At the awards ceremony, awards and awards were given in a total of 9 categories, including the Chosun Midas Award , Plant VE Innovation Award, Sales Pioneer Award, Engineering Method Innovation Award, Computer System Achievement Award, Win-Win Growth Cooperation Award, Presentation Unity Award, Strategic Task Award, and Production Award. It was delivered. After the ceremony, the executives had lunch together at the company cafeteria, congratulated themselves on the year's hard work, and shared their thoughts.

 

2023 was a year in which internal and external crises aggravated management uncertainty, such as the continuation of the Russian-Ukrainian war, rising raw material prices, and deepening manpower shortage in the shipbuilding industry. In this situation, we have continued our efforts to overcome the crisis by providing a stable working environment, discovering new talent, stabilizing the supply chain, and accelerating the implementation of the four major strategies. Chairman Keum-sik Choi shared the management goals for 2024 with executives and employees in his New Year's address and once again emphasized the role of the SUNBO Family for a new leap forward.​
