On March 12 and 18, Sunbo Industries and Sunbo Unitech held morning seminars at each company’s training center, focusing on enhancing collaboration and communication across generations within the organization.

 

The seminar, themed “Strengthening Intergenerational Collaboration and Organizational Communication,” featured engaging content such as balance games that encouraged active participation from attendees. Key strategies discussed during the session included developing the habit of regular check-ins and providing clear instructions regarding deadlines and deliverables—practical approaches aimed at improving team collaboration.​
